Return and Exchange Policy.
We do not accept returns or exchanges at the moment. Once bought, the customer must keep the product. Also, please note that colours may differ from what are seen on the screen or site. Please contact email@example.com for more details.
Damages and Issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Countries Available for Shipping.
At the moment, our shop only ships to the 10 provinces within Canada and 49 states in the United States of America. In the future, we plan on adding the Territories, along with more states within America.
Once a product is purchased, a confirmation email will be sent. Please allow a 5 day grace period for your product to be shipped. All products will be shipped using Canada Post with tracked shipping.
Import Taxes and Shipping Delays.
Note, for domestic and international shipping, import taxes that may apply are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or unforeseen weather changes.
